Building 2 is 80,000 square feet. There are 56 panels. Those weigh about 20 tons and it takes them about how many minutes to anywhere between 4:00 to 8:00 minutes per panel from diamonds on the ground to the time that it is and they swing it over and this very shall pray. This is the smaller building for the new Simpson Strong Tie facility. There are 36 of these prefab concrete panels going up. They are 20 tons each and when they get to the larger building they will be doing 96 of these prefab concrete panels. And you can see the work that they've been doing on the rest of the site. They're going to be pouring concrete overnight tonight. The site is really coming along. Expected completion is next June of 2025.
