No no no, far from it. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ You’re actually winning. You’re learning. You’re transforming and you’re manifesting the greatness within you that is yet to come. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Being bad at something initially that you need to be good at eventually isn’t a death sentence. It just means that you have to put in the time, the focus and unequivocal energy into becoming the master of YOUR craft.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ This is all I want you to take from this.⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ My reason for sharing this is simply to reaffirm that slow progress is still progress and will ALWAYS be better than NO progress. If you have a passion, a dream, a burning desire to accomplish something, then give every ounce, every fiber of yourself to acquire it. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣ Remove “No” and “can’t ” from your mental word bank. If there is no door to your path, then dig a hole and crawl under. Find a way. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ Remember that ease is a far greater threat to success than failure is.⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ It’s meant to be difficult. The Immersion Model for Diversifying Nurse Anesthesia Programs was selected as the American Nurses Association 2024 Innovation Team Award! Diversity CRNA 2023 Info & Airway Sim Lab Workshop VCU with Dr. Everett Moss DNP, CRNA at the intubation station before diverse critical care nurses apply to nurse anesthesia programs across the country. CRNAs, 4% Hispanic CRNAs, 3% Asian CRNAs & 0.7% Indigenous CRNAs In 2008, the aggregate racial/ethnic representation was 6% of CRNAs. Today, it's %14 of the nurse anesthesia profession. This is why we continue on with Diversity CRNA Events, the urgency of intentionality. #diversitycrna #ana #innovation #immersionmodel
