Helping you transform your business with the help of a fractional CFO or other finance expert | CEO at The Finance People
Are you looking to hire a Finance Director for your SME? Before you start the hiring process, take a moment to consider if that's really the right role for your business. Here's why: A Finance Director oversees the entire finance function of a company with strategic responsibilities. However, they may not have the time to handle the day-to-day financial tasks that your SME may require. If your financial needs are not complex, a Finance Manager may be the right choice. They will handle tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and managing cash flow. On the other hand, if your company has more complex financial needs, a Finance Controller may be the way to go. They will have more in-depth knowledge of financial regulations, handle financial reporting, and oversee the team. A CFO is a more strategic role. Remember, hiring the right finance role can save you both time and money in the long run. So, take a moment to consider which role your business truly needs. #financedirector #financejobs #fractionalCFO #financerecruitment #SME
