In leadership, understanding the distinction between rights and justice is crucial. Rights are often absolute entitlements while justice varies with context. Effective leaders recognize that while rights lay the foundation, true justice depends on our ability to uphold and prove those rights. Let’s champion both in our leadership journeys. #Leadership #Justice #Rights #Fairness #Empowerment #SocialJustice #Equity #Integrity #Leadership #Development

Thank you, Liam Paschall for sharing the Project 2025 document on LinkedIn. It is crucial for everyone to read and understand the contents of this playbook to grasp the real implications for our democracy. Recently, a misunderstanding arose due to remarks I made about Trump and the MAGA Republicans. Two individuals expressed their anger, with one saying they heard me speak venomously about “MAGA” Republicans multiple times. I respect these individuals for their courage to speak up, and I want to clarify my position. I didn’t speak venomously about anyone, as venom implies spreading lies to cause harm. I respect everyone’s political beliefs; however, it is evident that the very fabric of our democracy is under threat. The Trump and MAGA Republicans have made their intentions clear: they aim to transform our country into an authoritarian fascist dictatorship. This is not an opinion but a reflection of their own statements. If you support them, that’s your choice, but I will continue to speak out about the truth. We all know the suffering caused by cruel, authoritarian regimes. For the past year, I have been raising two sons living in refugee camps in East Africa, whose lives are endangered due to Uganda’s Anti-Homosexuality Bill of 2023. Being LGBTQ under such conditions is incredibly perilous. The Project 2025 playbook clearly outlines how MAGA Republicans plan to govern if Trump is re-elected. Is this the kind of country we want to live in? The future of our democracy and the freedoms we cherish are at stake. I am standing up for our democracy’s future, and I hope you will join me in reading and understanding this important document shared by Liam. #Project2025 #DemocracyInDanger #StandUpForFreedom #ReadToUnderstand #ProtectOurDemocracy

EDUCATE YOURSELVES BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE. 900+ pages. The mere fact that it's over 900 pages long should be enough to scare you to death. Taken from an article I read: Project 2025 is “a remarkably detailed guide to turning the United States into a fascist’s paradise.” The primary document of Project 2025 lays out what is essentially a “Christian nationalist vision of the United States, one in which married heterosexuality is the only valid form of sexual expression and identity; all pregnancies would be carried to term, even if that requires coercion or death; and transgender and gender-nonconforming people do not exist. It is extreme. It is dangerous. It is frightening.
