Totally agree! It’s frustrating for candidates to be left in the dark after interviews. Even a simple rejection email shows respect for their time and effort. As HR professionals, clear communication should always be a priority, not just to maintain professionalism, but to uphold basic courtesy. It’s a small action that makes a big difference in candidate experience.
