Another dog breed is set to be banned, but does the law need amending to protect people from specified ‘dangerous’ dog breeds and ‘dangerously out of control’ dogs? In particular do the sentencing powers need increasing? - Where a dog causes the death of a person the maximum penalty under s 3 is 14 years’ imprisonment, an unlimited fine (or both) - where a person allows a dog to injure someone, the maximum penalty is 5 years’ imprisonment, a fine (or both). (See sections 1-3 of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991)

Does the RCMP work for Rocky View County? No, they don't. However, the County and the Province have an agreement with the Federal government for the RCMP to provide policing services within the County. So, what's the difference between the RCMP and our County Enforcement? The RCMP focuses on preventing and solving crimes, enforcing various laws at different levels of government, and building community relationships. It's important to note that, as a separate entity, we don't control the RCMP's response times or timelines. On the other hand, your County Enforcement handles the enforcement of select provincial legislation such as the Traffic Safety Act, along with the County's bylaws, such as Animal Control, Road and Transportation, Land Use, Noise Control, and more. These arseholes, I have written over approximately, 25 times. Trump put the ex-Governors, who used to lobby the government, to rid the lands of the PUBLIC'S, Wild Horses, and Burros, so their friends, and themselves could use that land, as their own, to graze their cattle. The arses are blaming Bison, Deer, and all other grass eaters, for depleting the lush lands, when it is really their cattle doing all the damage. If you do not have enough land for your cattle then you have too many darn cattle. Trump put those Governors who sued the BLM, into the heads of the BLM when he was elected. None of them care about wildlife. BLM is so abusive, yet the people who own these lands, will not stand up to this criminal activity. So Big Rich Ranchers, are claiming the rest of the people of the US of A's, true lands. It boggles my mind, why people are so weak in the West. To even have the likes of that maniac Trump on the docket, is just so F-ing messed up. Grow your backbones, to the people who have lost their nice lives they worked for over decades, plus those starting out, and inbetween, and GO to the poles, and vote for your freedoms. Then start becoming who we really are, and that is the administrators of the Government. Government was formed to be Civil SERVANTS to the people. Meaning: to serve us, not themselves. How much time, are you going to take, to start holding government to account. A bunch of lazy whiners we have raised in the past 3 1/2 decades. Don't you feel pitiful? I do what I can. I write letters, sign petitions, make phone calls, and not just to my legislators, but every other Country, as well. We all need to do our share. I also donate, what I can when I can. Please start telling your Cadidates what they should be worried about, and not destroying our lands, waters, wildlife, air instead. SPEAK UP LOUDLY. Tell them they will not get your vote, until your country is running fairly smoothe, the people are prospering, criminals are in jail, and we have our FREEDOM OF SPEECH, FREEDOM OF OURSELVES, FREEDOM TO DEMAND offices within the government, to take care of the likes of the BLM stealing the beauty from YOUR lands. Animals matter, and the crises of animal dumping must be addressed, and not in a cruel way. The GOOD must PREVAIL over the EVIL. Let the candidates know, until they stand for good, and not selfish reasons, your vote, they not have. PLEASE, and THANK YOU.❤🙏🏻❤🙏🏿❤🙏❤🙏🏾❤ https://lnkd.in/gXrUGATE

When seeking to fight rural crime, the first step is to assess and review your farm’s existing security. You know your farm better than anyone else so walk around and conduct a survey. Work from the outside boundaries of the farm inwards to the farmhouse and office, try to think about your land and property from the perspective of a potential thief. This is referred to as the “onion peeling principle” - starting from the outside and working in. Just like peeling an onion! #ruralcrime #rural #crimeprevention #protection
