Thanks to the #MPA divisions that are part of the ongoing Green and Digital Shipping Corridors (GDSCs) workstream. All of you exemplify what a cross-divisional endeavour should look like - from the divisions who supported the effort at the beginning, those that came along the way to lend their expertise readily, to those that continue to push the envelope and enhance MPA's GDSC cooperation. A multi-year workstream like this is made that much easier when it's with a collaborative and capable team. Looking forward to continuing to work with Maritime Singapore's international partners to test out green and digital pilot solutions for maritime decarbonisation and digitalisation, before scaling them up for wider adoption.

Singapore Business Review: Savills shares that US$78bn of industrial and logistics deals were completed globally in H1, more than 9% growth from the 2015-19 average. Across Asia Pacific, total investment was down just 11% on H1 2023, which was underpinned by a solid start to 2024. Singapore remains largely stable, while Australia and South Korea are the best performing.   Alan Cheong (GradStat), Executive Director, Research & Consultancy, Savills Singapore says, “There is interest in Singapore’s industrial properties, especially logistics space.
