CES isn’t just about the products on the show floor – though the innovation we’ve seen is incredible! It’s about bringing the whole tech world together, for the meetings, meetups, conversations and moments of discovery that are driving the tech world forward. That starts with people. The people who bring our 4300 exhibitor booths to life and staff them through a grueling four days of the show. The media who walk tens of thousands of steps to check out what’s new and exciting in our exhibit halls. I’ve seen the step counters! The 1000+ speakers who bring their expertise and insights on evolving dynamics in the tech industry. (I want to give a particular shout out to Best Buy CEO Corie Barry, who is truly inspiring and gave me some personal advice during a brief conversation at our LIT Dinner that blew me away.) I also want to recognize our entire Consumer Technology Association team, including the many contractors who work with us on the show year after year. (The pic below is just a fraction of the full team.) We could NEVER have pulled off a show as successful as #CES2024 without their dedication and belief in the show and our industry. If you see a CTA staff member on the show floor today (look for blazers or shirts with a CES logo or the bright orange staff badge), take a minute and thank them for their hard work!

While I wasn't Live from NYC... This was my 3rd year attending #ZetaLive virtually since I started at Zeta Global & yet again- Zeta Live 2024 was an unforgettable event. I've been to many events and conferences... some great, some not so great (just being honest) - but they all have a similar feeling. I can confidently say that nothing has compared to Zeta Live. While keynote speakers, agenda, marketing promotions, giveaways, etc. are all important aspects...They aren't what keep you thinking about the event months after... Zeta Live is more than an event, it's an experience that you walk away from wishing you had more of - an unforgettable day filled with genuine people, real discussions, and authentic collaborations that leaves you with lasting memories. The time, effort, (no blood was shed, as far as I know 😂) sweat, and tears that went into this event by everyone involved at Zeta is phenomenal and did not go unnoticed. 2023 in Review - Looking back on an incredible second year of Something Fest, we wanted to share some of our favourite highlights before we kick off 2024 (who are we kidding- you know we're well into planning #SF24). Some key highlights from the 2023 festival: • 3100 attendees participated in the different Something Fest activations. • Over 100 hours of scheduled content over the course of the week. • Over 200 unique speakers took to the stage over the week including 6 international headliners • 68% of attendees felt they were challenged to reflect about tech/ digital’s impact on the world • 81% of attendees made 6 or more new connections over the course of the week • 88% of attendees learned something new at Something Fest 2023 We can't WAIT to bring #SF24 to life. Interesting article from Mike Dano Just talking about AI and the effect it will have on industries generally. If AI takes the place of junior IT staff, marketing, technicians etc - where on earth are graduates going to get experience from to go to the positions being vacated by retiring boomers and Gen X. Is the rush to AI going to be the same as the population crisis, just more rapid? This could be truly horrifying for US and European organisations.
