Just the other day, a colleague of mine was chatting with a potential client who wanted us to jump through hoops with some pretty one-sided terms for hiring a specialist role. That means keeping things straightforward and fair, which is super important for our boutique vibe and keeping our cash flow healthy so we can give our clients our best.
