https://buff.ly/3TIS5Jt Where's the teeth? Sounds great - they recognize it's a problem. But how exactly do they propose to fix it? Tell people to please not do it? That's bound to fail. I have some ideas... They can start to enforce the existing laws that don't allow it. Fine violators. Collect the fines. Issue building code violations. Deny additional EV permits/building permits to the violators. There are plenty of enforcement mechanism's available if San Francisco cares to use them. How do you think San Francisco or any other City with this problem can fix it?
