He brings bridge inspector experience, as well as experience creating as-built drawings for bridges lacking plans, instrumenting bridges, load rating, and designing concrete foundations for telecommunication antennas. Also, Eduardo’s graduate work involves research in adobe masonry and extensive work experience with UHPC as a material. In his new role, Eduardo will contribute to bridge inspections, develop inspection reports, and prepare plans, specifications, and various documents for bridge and vertical structure projects, which involves designing, analyzing, and interpreting data, as well as coordinating aspects of the engineering work.
