Why does this sound like a High School cafeteria? Also why not ignore them (removing the power “we the people” give them), and “we the people” unite and legally do our own thing. The government sees the people as money makers, numbers, and votes on a piece of paper. Let’s just take what we have and, legally do our own thing, and ignore them. Can’t have a rally, nor stoke the flames if there isn’t a fire present nor watchers there fueling the fire. Can’t have support if no supporters are there. 80% of people do things because of “majority rule”, and fear of being seen active or inactive. If 50% steps back, plays observer with silent judgement and does their own thing. The popular kids lose their fire and runs to where it’s actually warm which will be where the community is, not where the person of interest is. It’s like a “look at me and what I can do/say” situation which is just a distraction from the fact that they have nothing to offer to the community except a show without dinner. We the people are America, The Community, The Fuel Of The Fire. Not the ones standing on stage, sitting in chairs, collecting a check.

The Battle of Gettysburg in July 1863 marked a crucial moment in American history, where the nation was divided in a war with itself. It was also the era of the industrial revolution, the northern states, governed by Republican leaders, attracted millions of legal immigrants seeking economic opportunities, safe communities, freedom, and quality education for their children. Black Americans also migrated to the North, in what is known as the first Great Migration, to escape the harsh treatment in the South and pursue the same opportunities as other people. Fast forward 161 years later, the country is involved in a cultural war, with Republicans now governing the former Confederate southern states. Yet, the motivations that drive people to uproot their families and their businesses remain the same - good governance that leads to economic prosperity, safe communities, personal liberties and quality education for their children. The echoes of history remind us of the enduring values that continue to shape our nation today. Leadership matter! See WSJ article - Blue State wealth exodus (https://lnkd.in/gGnk65uE)

Why??🧐 1) oppression exhaustion from being tired of being sick and tired; 2) apathy from being tired of being sick and tired; 3) successful voter suppression perfected, performed with excellence, and upheld by a judiciary that is racing in reverse to 1619. I implore any human—which implies you recognize humanity and empathy—to stop this this train wreck that is actively underway and rescue ourselves and one another. The impact might be harming “the others” now but as it continues, you too will find yourselves beneath the trucks. In case you didn’t know, “trucks” are the name of the wheel assembly on trains.
At HBCU Prep School, we’re on a mission to bring empowering and authentic stories of the Black experience into homes and classrooms everywhere!
There has been a higher percentage of Black presidents in the U.S. than Black senators. This highlights a significant gap in representation at the legislative level. It’s crucial to advocate for and support more diverse candidates in all branches of government to ensure our voices are truly represented. And of course vote!!! Props to Hill Harper for pointing this out!! 🎥 @hillharper * * * * * * * * * #hbcuprepschool #vote #president #senator #politics #obama
