In Turkey, every person who has a certificate of occupational health and safety or A B C class expertise can do this profession as a citizen, our laws say this. First of all, the mistakes made in the beginning are classification and then the mistakes pile up. All the regulations are wrong and the curriculum made and implemented by the ministry is wrong, so mistakes attract mistakes. I think our priority is to eliminate the classification, and then change the name of a department called worker health and safety. It would be more efficient to have it under the name of occupational safety department. Unfortunately, the issue of occupational safety is left to the businessmen, and the government is responsible for it, the public is not asked anything, and if our subject is occupational safety, it must be revised again.
