I live by 'done is better than perfect'. Todays run in London was just 5km. But most importantly I went. Which leads to this Tuesday Trailblazers: Start your pay equity journey small. Getting started with pay equity and transparency can be daunting. There's a lot to consider around HR data from technical to legal and privacy. So sometimes it may seem easier (but certainly not wiser) to postpone. How could you get started now, without boiling the ocean? Here's some tips: 1️⃣ Start with one distinct area of your business that feels manageable. A single business unit, country or functional area. 2️⃣ Build and flex your teams pay equity muscles. This group will become your champions and trainers. 3️⃣ Learn what data you need, how to access and prepare quality datasets. And replicate it. 4️⃣ Achieve your first pay equity insights and wins. That confidence will help you expand pay equity beyond. It's an interesting journey. One to start early.
