Do you love this famous quote by Richard Branson…? It’s always resonated with me. And is something I advocate with every business I work with. ✅ Invest in your people. ✅ Provide mentorship and support. ✅ Help them become the best they can be. Afterall, no one is going to stay if you don’t invest in them… Instead, nurture your team, help them achieve their potential and watch them reinvest that back into your business. Do it right and it’s a win-win 💚 So, are you walking the walk with this? How are you making your people feel truly valued? #Team1850 #HRSupport #TrainingAndDevelopment
My favorite quote ever and one that I also use when working with clients. It is easy for businesses to blame recruitment for a bad hire or the good old "they were just not right for our culture" comment rather than looking at what they did wrong. Investing in people means investing time and effort - not something everyone is willing to do.
I love this quote and it was one I did try to embody when I was an employer. I also love “Clients do not come first. Employees come first. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients.”.
I do love it - and it's a great mindset if you're training volunteers too
I'm not sure how many businesses say this but don't actually do it
Totally, what a great quote. I’ve worked under the Virgin brand before and definitely felt this
Doing what we can when we can every little helps.
I’ve used this quote before and I love it
He's spot on with what he says 👌
Bringing the personal touch back to marketing! I’m here to do things differently. I don’t offer a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
9moGreat quote, he spoke a lot on The Diary of a CEO about the reason he is so successful because he knows what he is no good at, and he delegates those parts to people who are amazing at it! Great advice!
