Looking at the sign board, the finished product will have about as much appeal as an accidental dash of Deep Heat on your undercarriage. Australia builds the biggest houses in the world, three times the size of the average Italian house, and five times the size of the average house in Hong Kong. Australian's live 2.50 people to a house, with Italy and Hong Kong running at 2.40 and 2.83 respectively. I suppose, if you have a lot of lollies, you can build whatever you like, but the question is, should you? You can add a list of sustainable features as long as your arm to caverns like this and it won't make a jot of difference. Build what you need and build it well. You will be more comfortable, more healthy and have a lot more brass left in your pocket in the long run. Imagine the heating and cooling bill on this one, Matthew Cutler-Welsh?
