Lost a Job opportunity because “I DO NOT HAVE MASTERS DEGREE” There was a company that was hiring and i applied for the same, had all the skills required, experince even exceeded, had all the required exposure. Tukaanza interview, first and second was ok, when we went for the third, some one in the panel asked me “sir, you have all the qualities of the candidate we need, but do you have a masters degree??” I answered NO, then the whole room went cold like i have not met the significant requirement. Story short, i was not selected for the position and someone who had less experience, skills and exposer than me but has MAsters was hired.
