The concept of food-as-medicine is discussed here, but in the context of partnering retailers with providers. Wouldn't food-as-medicine work better with a partnership between retailers and payers? You wouldn't necessarily have the conflicts of HIPAA and siloing/reticence to share patient data, because all you'd be sharing is what food/groceries people are buying.
