Across our companies, we are currently working on a development and placement pipeline of 100 bedspaces (exactly), mostly in the NW however also further afield. These 100 units are mostly supported living properties (71), with the remainder specialised supported housing (29). We are particularly interested in acquiring (or leasing) the following properties either in house or on behalf of clients; - Development opportunities for blocks of apartments in Nottinghamshire (4-10 units) - HMO’s and self-contained flats in Greater Manchester (Rochdale, Oldham, Preston, Chorley, Tameside) - Blocks of flats or development opportunities within Lancashire County Council boundaries, specifically Skelmersdale. - Ex care-homes in Essex, Sheffield, Shelby, Devon and the North East - Blocks of flats: Cardiff Sheffield Selby Liverpool Ellesmere Port Stoke on Trent Brighton & Hove Personal note - I hate the term ‘bedspaces’, especially in SSH terms where the properties will be peoples homes. Vistry Group and Homes England have exchanged contracts on plans to deliver 750 homes on Dudley Road, Birmingham. “This major regeneration scheme will transform a challenging brownfield site into 750 high-quality, mixed tenure homes and new commercial uses,” said Phil McHugh, managing director of Vistry North West Midlands.
