Our team in EMEA welcomed Belit Onay, Mayor of Hanover, and Anja Ritschel, Head of Economic Affairs for the City of Hannover, to our Clarios EMEA Headquarters and the production site in Hanover. Dr. Barbora Kasanicka, VP Human Resources, and Dr Christian Rosenkranz, VP of Sustainability & Corporate Affairs EMEA, showed our training workshop and the production facilities for vehicle batteries to the visitors. In Hanover, we produce advanced low-voltage batteries essential for all vehicle types - from internal combustion engines to hybrids and electric vehicles. During the tour we focused on our strong vertical integration, including the pre-production of battery active materials, and how our lead-acid batteries are produced today. The innoCampus stands on historic ground.
