Devine can solve only 13.86% of Real World Software Engineering Problems! 😁 Also, ChatGPT can solve 0.5%, and GPT can solve 1.74%... So, the conclusion is Devine is much more powerful than other AI coding tools! 💪 But the good news for me is now humans can solve 87% of Real World Problems! 🎉 So, don't worry about AI tools, keep enjoying your coding journey! 😉 Finally, always remember my point: "AI is our Assistant."

Code Like It's 2023, Not 1923: Embrace coding with a custom GPT bot! That's you, without a custom ChatGPT in your coding toolkit. You're plugging away, old school, while ChatGPT is like a shiny, high-tech arm waiting to supercharge your coding. Upload the files your working on so your custom bot can be a better pair programmer. Hey, it's OK my bros, let's not tiptoe around the elephant in the room - programmers treating AI like a suspicious character in a spy movie. 'AI overlords? More like suspicious next-door neighbors we're not sure about!' Relax, folks. ChatGPT isn't plotting world domination; it's here to be your coding sidekick, your digital Robin to your Batman, swooping in to save the day, one line of code at a time. #CodeLikeIts2023 #Not1923 #ChatGPTRevolution #VintageMode #TechBall #GlassSlipperOfIntelligence #AIOverlords #SuspiciousNeighbors #DigitalRobin #CodingTriumphs #ai

Future of coding is awesome
ChatGPT desktop: debugging with AI takes a step forward I was impressed by Romain Huet's talk at the AI Engineer World's Fair, where he demonstrated the practical power of ChatGPT's new desktop app as a coding assistant. GPT could "see" what he could. The best part was the use of the desktop app's audio/video capabilities which allowed Romain to get real-time feedback and suggestions from as he worked on his code. It felt like watching a developer collaborate with a teammate, only this teammate was AI. It demonstrated how LLMs + multi-modal support can be a valuable resource for not just brainstorming ideas or generating code, but also for just getting real-time feedback and refining existing code. An advanced rubber duck of sorts. This fits well into the role of AI as an "assistant" for developers. I think the potential applications here are many. Debugging live with an AI companion (ChatGPT 4o Desktop, with the yet unreleased audio/video features), the future of coding will look more like this. More talking, less typing. My computer science professor taught me to write full detailed English explanation as a precursor to any code. (Thanks Arthur Yanushka.) He would grade us on the length and detail in our prose more than the code itself. The premise of the grading was that it's more important to be able to describe the solution than to code it. AI and the ability for it to turn natural language into code so well has made the ability to describe and talk through code critical.

Addy Osmani, I have a provisional patent for a small popup window (I chose window, not just mentioning modal, or popup, or popover, or something, to be as open as possible) that appears when user summons it through combination of physical and virtual keys and pointers, for those kinds of use cases And soon we will launch our magic interface and some other solutions related in Magicsys #Magicsys #MagicInterface #Felix #HeyFelix

As a fellow developer, I am excited to share how AI assistants like ChatGPT are revolutionizing our craft. These tools have evolved from simple code generators to invaluable collaborators, supporting us throughout the entire software development lifecycle. They break down complex systems into understandable language, suggest code improvements, and handle those repetitive tasks that used to bog us down. This means we can now focus on the creative, impactful aspects of our work, leading to higher efficiency and deeper understanding of our code. One standout example is Romain Huet's demonstration of the ChatGPT desktop app as a coding assistant. Unlike traditional tools such as IDEs or version control systems that have incrementally supported us, this new approach leverages multimodal capabilities for real-time feedback, representing a significant leap forward. The experience is akin to having a pair programming partner who is always available, responsive, and insightful, but without the need to constantly switch windows or type out prompts. I was particularly impressed by how interactive and intuitive this new system is. It felt like a natural extension of my workflow, enhancing productivity and making coding a more seamless experience. This is truly a game-changer for us developers, opening up new possibilities and elevating the way we build software. #AI #softwareengineering

The one who fixes your Meteor app ★ I help you validate faster by building your MVP quickly ★ Helping Romanians find peace with Răgaz
Okay, so this is happening. This begs the question: In terms of app integrations, will there be any demand for broad-scope custom AI assistants (think VS Code's Copilot), or will the use cases of such tools get more specific, such as NPC's in video games or RoomTube's Virtual DJ? I think the former category will slowly become obsolete as we progress into the your-device-can-see-and-hear-everything-that-you-can era, while the latter will still have a place as a way to increase immersion and improve UX.
