🗣️ As Administrative Professionals' Week comes to an end, I want to remind all my amazing admin friends - give yourself a well-deserved round of applause! 👏🏽 Stop waiting for others to validate your hard work and accomplishments. Too often, we rely on others to provide recognition. It's okay to be your own hype-man...or woman. In fact, you should be your own biggest supporter. If not you, then 𝐖𝐇𝐎? 🤨 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫, start documenting those wins! Team, earlier this week I got the email (below) from RecFest USA. It's getting closer!! 😍 Which leads me to the downside of RecFest - decision paralysis. Last year I spent ~75% of my time at "Innovate" - it's the content that I found most impacts my day to day, and when faced with a hard choice I was rarely disappointed in the content there.
