ANNOUNCEMENT: Phrasee is no more.
Whaaaaa? 🤯
That’s right. Phrasee as a brand is no more. And I couldn’t be happier.
Why?
Our ethos from the day I first had the idea was to be objective. When the data said something, we act on that data.
And it’s that ethos that led us from a crazy idea to a business creating value for brands across the world. The data talked, and our customers around the world benefited.
What started as a joke (true story, I thought of it because it rhymes with Patrick Swayze) became so much more.
And “Phrasee” was a great brand in the old days. It cut though, it was memorable, and it got mis-spelled only about 75% of the time 🙄
But here’s the thing about the old days - they’re the old days. The brand no longer fits what we do.
The data spoke. Phrasee no longer did what we needed.
And so, allow me to introduce you to…..

The Jacquard loom was innovative, complex, and changed the world. It’s a name that fits what we do, who we are, and where we’re heading. It’s awesome.
Since Daniel Head succeeded me as CEO last year, he has developed a compelling vision, and is proving to be world class at turning the vision into reality. I’m super proud of what Dan and the team are doing - and am SUPER excited for where you’ll take us next.
