What a wonderful lunch I had with my friend & referral partner Viviana. I really enjoy hanging out with the younger generation and listening to how they think, approach life and business. Viviana is a homeowner insurance specialist, she provides clients with homeowners, auto and various other types of insurance and she does an amazing job. My enjoyment at this stage of my real estate lending career is the connection with other humans as we work together to improve our business and more importantly our lives. Listening to Viviana discuss her life, career and travel was just a thrill for me. Viviana has traveled extensively and she even attend Graduate School for her MBA in England, pretty cool stuff. It just amazes me how the Millennials & Gen Zer's think, their approach and thought process is a bit different from mine which is cool and I love learning from them and absorbing their point of view. I believe it's good to be aware and respect all generations as they all add value to society. My feeling is the more we truly connect and work towards accomplishing our goals together in a synergetic process is a Win Win for all of us. Padres, Padres, Padres!!! We finally made the Baseball playoffs!! San Diego deserves a World Championship and let's hope this years Padre's Ball Club can deliver the goods. I no longer have Season Tickets, but for years my Dad was a Season Ticket holder and I continued that tradition for many long and arduous years, at San Diego Stadium, The Murph, Qualcomm & of course Petco. I am fortunate to have good friends like Chris who let me tag along and sit with them at their seats. It's good to have friends who enjoy baseball as much as you do and let you share the experience with them. That's called great friendship. San Diego is the Finest City in America, now we just need a Championship Team to go along with it. So let's root on our San Diego Padres to victory and hopefully the boys of summer bring us home that elusive World Championship we have be yearning for all these years.
