PROJECT MANAGER – MIDOPS ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:   Support Roundel campaigns from the planning to creative strategy execution phases. Monitor live & post launch campaign performance to analyse effectiveness and trends. Facilitate project execution & operation thru the entire concept & activation phase by working with CFT team across US and India Configure & setup initiation for program/campaign creatives using appropriate tools & processes. Facilitate process management and associated communication with internal stakeholders Co-lead resource and program assignments, operationalize creative capabilities to support the business and drive growth Need to understand creative briefing process, write / co-author creative briefs basis business / campaign objectives Review & analyse campaign requirements, setup campaign/creative briefing forum, facilitate ideation and brainstorming sessions. Data interpretation/ analytics, to extract meaningful insights and actionable information from raw data sets; to influence process efficiency and campaign performance. support process and operational tracking to drive operational excellence, streamline processes & business health. Need to analyse data sets to identify trends, opportunities and initiate prompt actions. Join me for a Creative Operations water cooler moment? Over the last 12 months I’ve found myself getting more fascinated by Creative Operations. As a function it is still relatively young in the wider world of work, but its impact can be massive. Some fundamental questions still exist around Creative Operations though, so I thought this week I’d open some of them up to the floor. First up - the definition! Is there one? If there is, are we happy with it? And if there isn’t - what’s missing from this? Creative Operations refers to the framework and processes used to manage and streamline the creative workflow within an organization. It encompasses the planning, production, collaboration, and distribution of creative assets to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality in the output. When we think about Creative Operations we should consider: 1. Workflow Management: Establishing clear processes and timelines for the creation, review, and approval of creative work. 2. Resource Allocation: Ensuring the right people, tools, and resources are available and used effectively. 3. Project Management: Coordinating tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to keep projects on track. 4. Collaboration: Facilitating communication and cooperation among creative teams, stakeholders, and other departments. 5. Asset Management: Organizing, storing, and retrieving digital assets efficiently using systems like Digital Asset Management (DAM) software. 6. Quality Control: Maintaining high standards of creativity and brand consistency across all outputs. 7.
