Our favorite work day is the one spent with the next generation of leaders.
Clearway's West Virginia team recently hosted the Union Educational Complex for a site tour of our Mount Storm Wind farm. There's nothing we love more than hosting field trips and showing students how we generate homegrown American energy. 🏫💨

A fascinating tour to learn how environmerntally sensible mining lithium is. Who knew that you could generate electricity and extract minerals in essentially the same operation.
CTR was honored to host many of California's incredibly hard working County Supervisors last week for a tour of our D&O plant and labs. A special thanks to Miguel Figueroa, MPA and Rebecca Terrazas-Baxter and the County of Imperial for organizing this highly educational day. Sharing knowledge and information is so critical, especially when we are all working toward the same goal of clean energy independence for the U.S. It was a pleasure and an honor!
Restoring the Louisiana coastline is critical – and complex. But thanks to planning, engineering, and people who care, the state has major efforts underway to do just that.
Steve Mathies, our global practice leader for coastal restoration, is part of this conversation and shares some key insights in the latest episode of PBS New Orleans' "Challenges and Opportunities: Restoring the Louisiana Coast."
City of Littleton, welcome to Urban SDK!
The city currently has a five-step traffic calming process of:
1) Citizen Complaint / Call to Action
2) Information Gathering
3) Temporary, Pop-Up Solution
4) Pilot Projects
5) Construction of Permanent Implementation
As part of the information gathering, officials will typically lay down hard-count tubes for around 48-hours. Urban SDK will enable more robust gathering of data, most especially when snowy roadways could not previously be counted.
Further, Urban SDK's traffic calming software will enable officials to quickly determine if areas of vulnerability fall within the city's traffic calming criteria, which will then decide whether a temporary or permanent traffic calming solution will be implemented.

We're proud to announce our newest partnership with the City of Littleton, Colorado, as they further their commitment to data-driven decision making with their traffic calming program. Exciting times ahead! 🌟

If you have a moment, or two, or hours in an airport, take a listen to this week's We Grow California episode - Moving at the Speed of Trust. Thank you Chairman Adán Ortega Jr. for the title inspiration! This week, Darcy Villere and I discuss some pretty incredible milestone events. First, the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California entered into two Memorandums of Understanding. The first with Friant Water Authority and Westland Water District and the second with the San Joaquin Valley Blueprint. These non-binding agreements open the door to explore mutual beneficial groundwater storage projects as well as other water reliability efforts. Urban and Ag are working together to solve big issues, and some said it would never happen! It all starts with trust.
Speaking of trust, I also share some results from a recent Public Trust focus group study. Spoiler alert – it’s not good. And we heard from you regarding our out-of-the-box water infrastructure funding ideas, more on that conversation to come.
How are we doing? Do you like what you hear? You can provide comments, suggestions, questions, or recommendations at ecwaterpac.com/podcast . Thanks for tuning in!

Energy is an eternal topic for humanity. Until we find more reliable and safer nuclear energy, clean energy will undoubtedly be superior to fossil fuels. This is the reason why I dedicated myself to the solar energy industry. Clean energy is not just a choice; it is aresponsibility.
Once, my son proudly told me, "Mom, you are doing something as great as Mr. Beast, making our planet a better place." His encouragement has strengthened my resolve to continue in the field of renewable energy.
Seeing the smiling faces of our local workers at the factory and hearing them share stories about how this job allows their children to go to school, enablesthem to buy nice clothes, or addnew appliances to their homes fills me with joy. This is not just ajob; it is a source of hope and a better future.
Our solar panel factory will soon open in Texas, and this is not only the fulfillment of my dream but also the result of our team's collective effort. I believe that through our hard work, we will bring clean energy to more people and create a better future for our planet.

Imperial Star is thrilled to be featured by the Houston Business Journal
about the opening of our brand new 1.5 GW domestic manufacturing facility.
The Houston-Tomball area has welcomed us with open arms, with Tomball Economic Development Committee Executive Director Kelly Violette quoting: "We're very excited to have this company coming in to set up their headquarters here and for them to do the work they're doing in clean energy. It's a good fit for Tomball."
With a five-year economic impact prediction of $22.5 million attributed to payroll alone, it is not hard to see why! We're thrilled to officially be a part of the growing #cleanenergy movement in Texas! https://zurl.co/xga5
(Based in Houston? DM us personally for information about our grand opening next month)
