This is a creative approach to incentivizing recycling. I wonder if it would work here in the US. I just learned about our own fantastic recycling facilities here in Atlanta, a place called charm setup by the 501c3 Live Thrive, Inc . The list of items they take is extensive and always expanding! Take a look: https://lnkd.in/gvBFhUeE You can also volunteer! Their next orientation is in September. Shifts are 2 hours long and there are usually 2 volunteers per shift. Even with that small amount of volunteers, they can always use more help! For myself, I’ve found that I need to organize my recycle better. I don’t always remember what plastics they take or what can by recycled. Bins with pictures or lists on them set up under the cabinets is how I have dealt with this. It’s not hard but it takes doing. What would it take for you to recycle more? Drop your successes or your confessions in the comments below. https://lnkd.in/g382FfVU
