As we close out #PrideMonth, we want to leave everyone with one message: Lead With Love.

To me, and prior to the celebration, it's a celebration of the LGBTQ plus community. It's celebrating everyone's uniqueness. It's treating others with respect, kindness, and just leading with compassion. It's really about providing unconditional love for everybody. We want to make sure that they feel the love that we feel and share with everybody else. The message, Leave it love. It's pretty simple. I mean, be kind. Everyone is going through something. Everyone's unique, Everyone has differences, but I mean, it's something to celebrate one another. The Cavs embracing LGBTQ. Pride is really important to me as a member of the community. I really love working here and feel really supported and is that in every aspect of my life and somewhere where I spend more than 50% of my time, I get to be who I am and present exactly how I want to. When they come into our building, we want them to know that this is a place that they're accepted. They can be themselves. We accept their diversity, we accept the spirit of community and we celebrate that. Lead with love, lead with love, lead with love, Lead with love, lead with love.
