The Great Morning Debate: Brushing Before or After Breakfast? Brushing your teeth twice daily is crucial for optimal oral health, but the order in the morning can spark debate! Let's explore both options: Brushing First: This removes morning breath bacteria and plaque, and protects enamel from acidic breakfast foods. Brushing After: This removes food particles left after breakfast. So, which is best? The answer depends on your breakfast choices! Enjoy acidic foods like orange juice? Brush first to shield enamel. Prefer cereal or toast? Brushing after may be sufficient. Ultimately, consistency is key! Brushing twice daily, regardless of order, is more important than the exact timing. Contact us to learn more!
