Can patient satisfaction data give medical professionals a different view of how their work is valued and how they perform? With this “Voice of the Patient” platform, we envisioned a platform to ensure the patient’s voice is part of every medical center department. Medical centers want happy, satisfied patients who value their services. Mental well-being leads to better clinical outcomes. And patient satisfaction is increasingly important, especially with a raised focus on value-based healthcare. We created a platform that provides insight into the holistic patient experience, satisfaction, and underlying causes. The platform allows the staff to shift their focus from efficiency and quality of care to ensuring satisfaction for patients who value their care, leading to a different motivator for the staff.
