*3 powerful lessons I took home after the 48hrs hackathon* *If you don't separate yourself from distractions, distractions will separate you from yourself* 1. *Focus is a muscle:* 48 hrs of focus we created something big imagine maintaining that focus for 6 months🤔. The more you focus the stronger the muscle. *Safe to say we are behind because we are distracted.* 2. *You are not special:* It was so relieving being around people who don't know your name and you don't know them this remove the idea of judging people and create space for you to see life the way it really is. The expirience was great 😁 3. *We eat to replenish lost energy not for fun* At the hackathon those who ate for fun could not work after eating because of constipation and tiredness. But those who ate for energy kept working. 4. *Teamwork is everything if you want to go far.* *Competition only happens at the bottom, at the top we collaborate 😁* My name is *Mbah David* *If you are hungry for growth and improvement like me let's connect* Whatsapp 652892462

Knowledge sharing and rain pouring down in buckets. Who could have thought this would turn out to be such a great match? 😂 Last AKD before — well, not really yet but — summer! 🌞 Rain or not, our day was packed with knowledge sharing and many interesting sessions given by our community. 💡 👉 Niko explained how to effectively handle 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 while keeping proper track of the velocity of your team. 👉 Edwin showed how to efficiently transition from 𝐇𝐓𝐓𝐏 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐉𝐖𝐓 𝐭𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐬 using a smart phased approach. 👉 Johan and Kathleen provided insights on the 𝐀𝐈 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝 and its impact on integration. 👉 Joost gave a 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐮𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 on composability and how business aspects present the greatest challenge in this area. 👉 And last but not least: the winning team of the 𝐂𝐁𝐗 𝐡𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧 showcased their demo for a fraud detection solution for the healthcare sector! We closed off the day with some team building: first we battled each other in the laser shooting arena, after which we enjoyed a very tasty barbecue! 😋 Now summer can finally begin!

Excited to share that we just wrapped up our 2nd successful hackathon 🚀 at David Yurman! Last week, within just a couple days, six talented tech teams came together to innovate, collaborate, and tackle business and automation challenges head-on. It was inspiring to witness such creativity and passion as participants developed innovative solutions to address for business needs. A huge thank you to everyone involved – judges, mentors, and especially the participants - your dedication and teamwork truly made this event a success! 🤝 Looking forward to seeing how these ideas evolve and contribute to our mission at DY. All the six projects were judged based on a diverse criteria. All projects were so good that there was a grid-lock for '1st Place'. Quoting the judges ‘there is no clear winner!' A testament to the teams and their innovative solutions. Eventually it was decided to award one team for ‘Most Innovative’ solution and another team for tackling the ‘Business problem with (potentially) most ROI’. Stay tuned for more updates on the incredible projects born from this hackathon! #Hackathon #Innovation #Teamwork #Success #Collaboration #YDY.

1.2 billion conversations. Talk about a gabfest! That’s 1.2 billion opportunities to connect, charm, and actually help customers. (Cough, cough—all powered by ZEALS) It’s pretty cool to see how we’re making a difference…and now the question is: who’s hopping on this bandwagon in 2025? Or, as Jerry Maguire would say: “Who’s coming with me?” The moral of the story? Talk isn’t cheap, it’s insanely valuable. 🙃 #customerengagement #brandengagement
