Under the Lights of Hotel Camiral - 5* Hotel at PGA Catalunya Resort: A Gratitude to Hospitality In the whirlwind pace of our lives, there are moments when we pause at flashes of #hospitality that leave a lasting impression. Recently, the doors of Hotel Camiral opened for us, the MICE-Walkers (Roberta Lara Mibelli, Marta Budet i Jofra, Carolien V. Kroon, Sara Zamana, Raquel Consul) 5 passionate individuals in the world of events. The immaculate surroundings and meticulous attention to detail reminded us why excellence is the hallmark of this establishment. For us, whose hearts beat to the rhythm of #eventplanning, Camiral revealed itself as the perfect stage. The flexibility of its spaces and the willingness of the staff to adapt to our needs made every corner a blank canvas for our future ideas. A special thanks to Mireia Frigola Ramos, whose professionalism and dedication transformed our visions into a seamless and effortless reality. In the fleeting span of 24 hours, it not only welcomed us but also hinted at all the elements necessary to host our upcoming events. In an anecdote that resonated with the complexity of our world, the "breakfast" moment became a microcosm of divergent expectations and perceptions. For some, it was a sweet awakening of #culinarydelights, while for others, a slight disappointment in not finding everything anticipated. What happens when we place expectations on the unknown? This episode, as trivial as it is significant, reflects the very essence of our work in the #worldofevents. Every day, we embark on the task of preparing experiences, carefully tending to each detail. However, as we learned at the breakfast table, we can't always foresee individual expectations. Each person is a #uniqueuniverse, and our own projections may clash with diverse realities. So, even as we strive for overall satisfaction, we acknowledge that not everyone will always feel fully content. Does this mean we have failed in our work? Certainly not. Our work is an art of balance, a dance between the diversity of preferences and excellence in execution. This is the nature of #eventmanagement—not a failure but an intrinsic reality. Total perfection is a myth, but excellence persists in our #dedication to surpass expectations and learn from each experience. A valuable lesson: in the diversity of expectations, we find opportunities to grow, adapt, and, above all, refine our art.
