So thats quarter 1 and quarter 2 completed. Let me share what I’ve learnt. 1. Successful sales teams will always be those who are well-managed and coached. 2: Well-managed sales events will consistently increase sales 3. Appropriate mentoring is beneficial for new managers and sales professionals in particular. 4. Refresher training and a reminder of the sales process and bargaining techniques are necessary even for the most seasoned sales executives. Please get in touch with me to discuss the aforementioned issues and to receive a GUARANTEED ROI for your solutions.

This will help... Sales managers typically are not well practiced at being sales coaches. Not their fault as most of the work they are asked to do is more management (reports, tracking, forecasting, etc.) then it is coaching and development. There is a difference between sales training and sales coaching. While sales training is certainly important it's the ongoing practice and coaching that really moves the needle and drives the revenue performance. The problem is that many sales managers don't always know the very best way to coach salespeople. Introducing the new Sales Manager's Coaching Guide. This leaders guide is built specifically to help sales managers to coach and develop their salespeople in a way that is consistent with the proven Sales Accelerator process. The CSS development team has been cranking out amazing resources for our clients over the last 90 days.... and we are just getting warmed up!

Sales Managers... we get it. Your job is really difficult. Many of you have to be a player/coach, selling some of the time and training and teaching others the rest. We are kicking off our fall Management Mastermind series which is designed to help sales managers and sales leaders how to be more effective at their jobs while meeting other sales managers who are going through some of the same struggles as you. I observed something remarkable! Yesterday, I spent the day with an exceptionally talented, experienced, well-trained, and successful sales team, including both sellers and managers. The meeting's focus was not on training but rather on improving performance. Training is undoubtedly important and necessary for success, but it's not the sole factor in increasing performance, a fact known by elite teams. Such teams allocate time for practice, coaching, and feedback. The group dedicated time to pinpoint and recall the key actions required to better serve their customers and achieve their company's performance goals. They crushed it! The truth is, elite sellers know their responsibilities, but life can sometimes get in the way, causing slight deviations from their path. Allowing a sales team time to reset can be incredibly beneficial. As a sales leader, possessing all the answers is unnecessary, especially when leading a team of elite sellers. There's no need to be the smartest person in the room. Instead, steer the meeting to allow for self-discovery, peer coaching, and learning, and the outcomes will be astonishing!
