Playing by your strengths. I took Strengths Finder three times in the past 15 years - each with about four to five year gap. And the results have been consistent. With the exception of Deliberative, four (4) of my top 5 are in the area of Strategic Thinking Domain: (1) Strategic (2) Ideation (3) Deliberative (4) Learner (5) Input When I first took my test in 2009, it was a huge AHA moment for me - things made sense. I realized how much I enjoy work and projects related to strategy, management, learning & development, conceptualization and innovation. I still have a long way to go in my career. Starting with "How" is the foundation of successful action. It’s about breaking down the steps that lead from vision to execution It’s about aligning strategy with clear, actionable plans. In my experience, focusing on how we approach a goal creates clarity and fosters innovation It’s not enough to just know where you want to go or why you want to get there — the real difference comes in the how. Here are three ways to start with “How”: Clarify your processes – Break down your plan into manageable steps. Make sure everyone knows how they contribute to the larger vision.
