❷ Being a founder can be a solitary journey, and you have to be comfortable navigating it on your own, especially in the initial stages, to make it work. – I completely agree. The feeling of solitude is present from day one.
Not only do you have to accept it, but you should also surround yourself with friends, family, and women founders who understand what you're going through, supporting each other's entrepreneurial journey.
❸ I love this one: "embracing a growth mentality." – This doesn't just apply to your business but to oneself.
❹ If you aim for rapid growth, funding is likely essential. Map out your growth path and cash flow. Prepare different scenarios. — 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲 is one of the top lessons learned. Why? As a founder, understanding the story your numbers tell gives you the ability to make better-informed decisions.
