Same idea: reflecting on previous month and sharing activities for coming month to keep our focus. 👉 Weekly WrapUp Weekly 1hr meeting to keep track of our to do's and make sure we execute on what we had planned. 600 rides today. I noticed as soon as I hit the start button all these high fives started to pop up. I high fived a few back but couldn’t keep up. That felt pretty great. While encouragement is good, that feature alone would never have sustained me to 600 rides. I ride because I’m a working mom of teenagers and a preschooler and … I need a healthy outlet. I do it because I want to age well. I do it because I’m competitive and the leaderboard names make me laugh. The massive high fives come at the milestone moments. Peloton riders get notified if someone hits ride 100, 200, 300, etc., and the high fives come flying through. At work we high five when the deal goes through, when the project is complete, when we get the shiny new title. But we all know the real work is in the little moments. It’s on ride 317. It’s when you decide to dig in instead of giving up. It’s giving your kids that last bit of energy you have at the end of a long and trying day. We should give ourselves (and each other) more credit for those small daily wins. Those little moments make the big milestones possible. So whether you are on ride 3 or ride 3009 or just getting through another high stress meeting, I’m sending out a high five for you. #highfive #innovation #peloton #betterthanyesterday

2wI really hate this product. The onboarding is terrible, and the design of the product is nonsensical. Shaping up to be one of my worst purchases. Thanks for nothing, Kerry O'Brien. Your people are not making your product show what it can do.
