Inspired by resilience: Insights from our Founder & CEO, Tal Frankfurt. In his latest Forbes article, Tal draws a powerful parallel between Derek Redmond's unforgettable #Olympic moment and the challenges we face in business. Whether it's a global crisis or an everyday setback, Tal's 5 key strategies offer a roadmap for navigating uncertain times with confidence and adaptability. Check out Tal's most recent Forbes article with 5 ways leaders can respond to disruption. https://lnkd.in/ekUhC5m6
When British sprinter Derek Redmond tore his hamstring 100m into the 400m race semi-final at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, the medical team was ready to carry him off the track. However, Redmond got up and—amid excruciating pain—limped back to the track, intending to finish the race. With assistance from his father, Redmond finished the course and received a standing ovation from the crowd of 65,000 spectators present. “What do we do when a disruption occurs?” is a question that all CIOs and business leaders must answer. Whatever that disruption is—be it a pandemic, war, financial crisis or sick day off from work—being able to confront and respond to disruption well without allowing it to derail us or our services is something that all businesses and their leaders should do. Check out my most recent Forbes article with 5 ways leaders can respond to disruption. Lessons From The Olympics: Responding To Disruption And The Unexpected https://lnkd.in/ekUhC5m6
