Agreed Dr. Amaria! The work place has certainly changed since the pandemic with the blurring of personal time and work time as we were all #WFH. Therapy through CloudMD (TSXV:DOC) EAP programs can help clients learn how to re-establish these boundaries, set new healthy goals for themselves and learn to communicate these effectively to their colleagues, peers, and superiors in a professional manner no matter if they are still #WFH or if they have returned to the office.
