Wish you could set aside some time for your tech, and stick to it? I'm soft-launching 👩💻 TECH TIME CO-WORKING 👨💻 for that reason. Right now it's a waitlist (link in comments) to gauge interest. I'm thinking together we spend 60-90 minutes at the end of each week quietly coworking as accountability buddies, on tech things like... ➡ Exploring automation possibilities in your current work ➡ Updating a current system to operate better ➡ Trialling a new app ➡ Doing that retroactive CRM contact data update you've been meaning to do forever ➡ Heck, even just organizing your digital files and clearing your inbox ...and cruise into our summer weekends crossing some productive stuff off our to-do lists. And since I know sometimes in this work we just need another set of eyes on something, or a quick gut check, I'm figuring out how I could answer quick tech questions during the session (without disturbing the others).

Roadmap Diary #2 Update on our 90-day journey at theMiracle: Team Collaboration Across Borders! Team Collaboration Across Europe Our team is split across Europe. It's super important to sometimes come physically together for some deep working sessions and, of course, for good vibes and to strengthen the team spirit. 🤝 Last week Shahin Afshari and Daniel Vuksanovic came together in Pristina with our dev crew Alban Elshani, Zenel Rexhepi, Drenusha Tafaj and Drin M., to dive deep into our 90-day roadmap. They conducted various workshops to ensure we're all aligned in realizing the vision and building theMiracle. The highlight of the visit was our "Sprint" days. During these, we set specific goals for the day, and the entire team worked tirelessly to craft perfect solutions and implement them. This visit was another milestone in team bonding and overall internal collaboration. Our goal for this week is clearly defined: Our dev team is diligently polishing the look of our new home page and the collection overview page. They're ironing out minor bugs and heading towards complete implementation. Apparently, last week it was also 2 years ago when I first set foot in the Sendcloud office for a cup of coffee with Rob ☕️ I was (re)introduced to Rob by one of our advisors already 4 months earlier, but Sander kept asking me to postpone the meeting. So, I used multiple excuses to reschedule the meeting at least three times 🤣 And to be honest, Sander had good reasons for doing this: In the months before, we had been having meetings with several parcel delivery management platforms throughout Europe. Although these platforms offered Tracey-alike features (with lower accuracy and less detail), we also saw them as potential partners or even customers who could integrate and/or resell our solutions. The first of these encounters ended with the founders of that company telling us to concentrate on our original voice bot idea as they would be launching a similar solution to ours in the next quarter, and we wouldn’t stand a chance against them. Fun fact: 3 years later, we are working with several of their largest customers, and I still haven’t seen anything coming close to our solutions. Also, during the meetings with other platforms, we shared and showed quite a lot of our solutions. While sparking a lot of interest, we never got any further or anything in return. Hence, Sander became very careful when it came to these kinds of introductions. And even more so with Sendcloud, as all of these competitors had warned us to absolutely not talk to them about our solutions: they considered them the ultimate copycats who would definitely take our ideas and build something themselves. Next to that, I typically tend to talk a lot (or too much, depending on how one sees this 😂), so him being afraid of me sharing sensitive info was another valid concern. During the cup of coffee, I soon found out Rob was equally (or perhaps even more) of an open book, while I was doing my best to tell as little as possible 🤐 In the months after, we stayed in touch, and when Rob shared their future plans for tracking with us, even for Sander the biggest concerns to collaborate were taken away. We first worked towards a partnership, soon after followed by the first talks about an acquisition. A lot can happen in a year (or two).
