Vani's Treat was famous for its handmade bread. Rani's tech helped her bakery run smoothly, but Vani showed that you don't need fancy stuff to succeed. Passion and hard work matter most. Rubrik spent more than 80% of revenue on S&M in Q2 That represented $168M in S&M spend They generated $63M in net New ARR QoQ off the back of that. Whilst most companies are trying to generate positive operating margins They're bucking this trend. OPEX was 155% of Q2 revenue They clearly see an opportunity to capture market share and are going after it aggressively. They generated 40% ARR growth for the quarter but... GTM efficiency isn't amazing - but that's probably to be expected when you're spending this much. They had a magic number of 0.34 and CAC payback of 50 months, up from 29 months this time last year. NRR is still strong though decreasing at 120% vs 140% this time last year. They at $919M in ARR trading at 6.5 x ARR Rule of X is 64 and Rule of 40 is 24.
