Life is bland without struggles. The magic inside us remains untapped if we don't face challenging situations. I firmly believe that each time we fail, we must consider ourselves very lucky. Top successful companies constantly look out for employees that have histories of both successes and failures because failures give you irreplaceable knowledge. First generation entrepreneurs are bound to prove themselves a few more times than others to elbow their way into the room. Achieving milestones easily is OK but dealing with challenging situations and overcoming the barriers within oneself is FANTASTIC. It is so much more fulfilling and enriching. #womeninbusiness #businessoffashion

💙 This event was more than just a typical team building experience! 💙 It was a testament to our collective strength and our ability to bounce back. The level of commitment, teamwork, and collaboration displayed was nothing short of inspiring. It was a vivid reminder of why we do what we do and why, even in the toughest times, our people are our greatest asset. After enduring a challenging year marked by difficult farewells to many talented individuals—some of whom were more than just colleagues but dear friends—we have navigated through stormy waters. These times tested us as a company, but they also reaffirmed our resilience and our unwavering commitment to our core values that define Loyal Guru DNA: creating the best teams, fostering entrepreneurship, maintaining a bias for action, keeping a relentless focus on our clients and promoting sustainable development. These principles are not just words; they are the very foundation upon which we build our success. Together, we are ready to face any challenges that come our way, driven by a renewed sense of purpose and a strong belief in our mission. Let’s continue to build on this momentum, supporting each other and striving for excellence in everything we do. I am more confident than ever in our team. Life is complicated, Taxes shouldn’t be! Chartered Accountant | Business Consultant | Entrepreneurs | Startup
Recently, our firm celebrated its 10th anniversary, and I've been contemplating sharing my experience with all of you. This decade-long journey has imparted numerous valuable lessons. I want to share my top 10 learnings as an entrepreneur over the past 10 years: 1. 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫: Me, DEVANG DOSHI, and Pratik Goel commenced this journey with a shared vision, always serving as our guiding force. 2. 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤𝐬 𝐅𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡: Diving headfirst into independent CA practice was a risk that significantly fueled our growth. 3. 𝐒𝐞𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: From multi-location assignments to the challenges of stock-taking, we ventured beyond our comfort zone to seize every opportunity. 4. 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐊𝐞𝐲𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬: Operating collaboratively and leveraging each other's strengths have been our recipe for overcoming challenges. 5. 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐉𝐨𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲: The serious world of numbers and laws could have overwhelmed us if we didn't find joy in the journey, embracing every up and down. 6. 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤-𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞: Business success holds no value unless we have people around us for the celebration. We made sure to maintain that happy balance. 7. 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐍𝐨𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞: None of us are perfect; we prioritized progress over the paralyzing chase of perfection. 8. 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥: Reflecting on the past and reassessing our actions has been a practice in our firm, strengthening our commitment to our future vision. 9. 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬: Expressing gratitude to our dedicated team is non-negotiable. Their hard work has made this journey meaningful. 10. 𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫: We don't strive only to provide the best services to our clients but believe in giving back to the industry and society as a whole. Nurturing future leaders is our mission. Feel free to pick a lesson that resonates with you and implement it to catalyze your business growth. By the way, you can congratulate us on completing a decade as entrepreneurs and business owners!

As an entrepreneur, the impact of a team goes beyond what many might realize. While much is said about the influence of a good boss on a team, it's equally crucial to acknowledge how the team affects the boss. I've experienced the spectrum – from the frustration of individuals leaving abruptly in the midst of critical projects to the disappointment of discovering ulterior motives behind seemingly genuine stories! To all those agency owners, you know exactly what I am talking about! In my industry, where retention rates are notoriously low, the challenge of training and retraining is a constant. Yet, amidst these trials, there are shining moments. Moments when I see individuals who share my passion and commitment, who work tirelessly not just for a paycheck, but because they believe in what we're striving to achieve. These team members uplift and enrich the business in ways I couldn't accomplish alone. So, while the journey as an entrepreneur is marked by its ups and downs, I am grateful for the invaluable contributions of my team. They are not just employees, but partners in the pursuit of our shared goals. Together, we weather the storms and celebrate the victories, knowing that it is our collective effort that propels us forward. Here's to learning, growing and prospering together! #teamwork #dreamwork

As I reflect on the early days of launching our company, I can't help but feel immense gratitude for the invaluable role played by a solid support system and the power of positivity. Building a business from the ground up is undoubtedly a challenging journey, one that tests not only our skills and resilience but also our ability to navigate through uncertainty with unwavering determination. In the midst of the hustle and bustle, it's easy to underestimate the importance of surrounding ourselves with a network of supportive individuals who believe in our vision and cheer us on every step of the way. Whether it's family members offering words of encouragement, mentors providing invaluable guidance, or teammates rolling up their sleeves to tackle obstacles together, their unwavering support fuels our drive and keeps us grounded during both triumphs and setbacks. Moreover, staying positive amid the inevitable ups and downs of entrepreneurship is a powerful tool that can make all the difference in our journey towards success. It's about maintaining a mindset focused on possibilities rather than limitations, seeing failures as opportunities for growth, and channeling our energy into finding solutions rather than dwelling on challenges. In moments of doubt, I've witnessed firsthand how a positive outlook not only boosts morale but also inspires those around us to persevere and strive for greatness. It fosters a culture of resilience where setbacks are viewed as temporary roadblocks rather than insurmountable barriers, propelling us forward with renewed determination and optimism. Today, as we celebrate the milestones achieved and look ahead to the exciting challenges awaiting us, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who has been a part of this incredible journey. Your unwavering support and positivity have been the cornerstone of our success, and I am truly grateful for each and every one of you. If your reading this, I appreciate the sacrifice. Together, let's continue to champion the power of a strong support system and unwavering positivity as we embark on this remarkable adventure of building something truly extraordinary.
