Customer onboarding has changed. Customers want to be a lot more hands-on when it comes to the implementation journey. This means more communication, frequent updates, and an active attempt to keep the customer in the loop. Doing all this, with a lean team means that the older playbook won’t work. Spreadsheets and a mosaic of differing tools are unlikely to help deliver projects in a timely and profitable manner, especially at scale.
