You teach life skills to entry level employees and hold accountable grown adults.  You multi-task like you have a legion of people in the building while really managing payroll to the quarter hour.  You have difficult conversations and console your people with every day struggles in and out of work.  You havetalk professionally and without judgment to individuals who lost their mind over a policy you can't change. You keep the place clean and visually gorgeous every day.  And you do it all with a smile and an earpiece on.  I see you.  I support you.
