I love Sudoku. There is something very satisfying about following a series of rules down to their only logical conclusion. Interestingly, I see marketing strategy in a very similar way. We can use rules we know to be true to uncover the necessary tactics needed to achieve a goal. This is a great example from Clutch on how critical thinking can help marketers come to logical conclusion. 🎯 Goal: To Drive higher Revenues 📌 Marketing Rule 1: Higher #AOV, and increased purchase frequencies will increase #CustomerLTV and therefore increase the bottom line 📌 Marketing Rule 2: Loyal Customers have higher AOVs, and return to the store more frequently. 📌 Marketing Rule 3: engaging Customer Experiences drive #customerloyalty 💡 Conclusion: Focusing on creating powerful customer experiences, will increase a loyal customer base which will drive higher Lifetime Value and therefore, increase revenue.
