✨ Feeling Grateful! ✨ A big thank you to everyone who took the time to wish me a happy birthday! 🙏 Your kind words truly made my day. I've just returned from a wonderful getaway with my partner to one of my favourite B&Bs. It was a perfect few days filled with long walks outdoors, endless games of Uno, and far too much delicious food. Sometimes, it's the simple things that bring the most joy. As I reflect on life so far, here are a few things I've learned: 1. Time with loved ones is priceless. There's no substitute for making memories with the people who matter most. 2. Balance is everything. It's important to work hard, but equally important to step away and recharge. 3. Life is a journey, not a race. Everyone's timeline looks different—it's OK to move at your own pace. 4. Take joy in the small things. A good walk, a game of cards, or a shared meal can be more fulfilling than grand plans. 5. Gratitude is key. Every day is a gift, and there’s always something to be thankful for. Thanks again to all of you for your kind wishes and support. Here's to more adventures and lessons ahead! 🌟 #Grateful #BirthdayReflections #LessonsLearned #TimeWellSpent

Gratitude isn’t just a feeling—it’s a choice. Happy Thanksgiving to all our U.S. friends and beyond. Thanksgiving is more than turkey and traditions. It’s a reminder of the power of reflection. A chance to pause in a world that rarely slows down. It shifts our focus from what’s missing to what we already have. The people in our lives. The lessons we’ve learned. The small wins that carry us forward. Gratitude isn’t passive—it’s transformative. It re-centers us, helping us lead and live with purpose. So today, whether you’re celebrating with family or reflecting quietly, take a moment. Choose gratitude. What are you most grateful for this year?

Look what showed up on one of my recent beach walks — talk about perfect timing as we head into this festive week! I had to smile at this painted reminder that gratitude is what creates the joy, not the other way around. You know me — always collecting these little nuggets of wisdom along the shoreline. 💚 "It is not the joy that makes us grateful. It is gratitude that makes us joyful." What's made you grateful this holiday season? ✨🎄 #gratitude #LBI #luannnigara #awelldesignedbusiness #windowtreatmentsforprofit #excitingwindows #interiordesigncoach #interiordesignbusiness

In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle, focusing on what we lack rather than what we have. We may measure our success by the latest gadgets, our job titles, or the number of followers on social media. But true gratitude comes from recognizing the simple yet profound elements of our existence. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, let us cultivate an attitude of gratitude that extends beyond this holiday. By regularly reflecting on what we’re thankful for, we can foster a more joyful and fulfilling life. So this Thanksgiving, take a moment to pause, reflect, and appreciate the abundance that surrounds you. What are you truly thankful for? Let that question guide you as you celebrate this season of gratitude.

THANKSGIVING 2024 ||| 🍁 I have a particular morning ritual that begins with saying thank you to the special people in my life, and to my small but engaging universe of friends, colleagues and special acquaintances. THANKSGIVING 2024 ||| 🍁 We all know deep in our hearts that gratitude is a powerful emotion that can transform – certainly influence and shape the way we experience life. At its core, it's about recognizing the good in our lives and appreciating the kindness and generosity of others, no matter how small. THANKSGIVING 2024 ||| 🍁 No gesture of gratitude is truly small if kindness and heartfelt gratitude is your anchor, and when we take a moment to reflect on the things we're thankful for, we often find that even in challenging times, there are countless reasons to be grateful. THANKSGIVING 2024 ||| 🍁 This sense of gratitude can lead to a more fulfilling, happier life, as it shifts our focus from what we lack to the abundance we possess. Gratitude Beyond Work As we approach Thanksgiving, I find myself reflecting on the many circles in life that shape who we are—our families, friends, and work families. Each connection we have enriches us in unique ways, whether it’s the laughter shared around a dinner table, the late-night talks with a close friend, or the camaraderie built during a project with colleagues. Thanksgiving isn’t just a day; it’s a reminder to pause and express gratitude for all the people who make our lives meaningful. At work, it’s easy to focus on goals and deliverables, but behind every success is a team of individuals who support, inspire, and challenge each other to be better. At home, it’s the love, patience, and shared memories that give us strength. This holiday, I encourage us all to take a moment to acknowledge those who uplift us in big and small ways. Write a note to a friend, thank a teammate, or simply spend a little extra time with loved ones. I’m grateful for the journey we’re all on together—inside and outside of work. Wishing everyone a warm and meaningful Thanksgiving surrounded by those who matter most. What are you most thankful for this year? Let’s share and spread the gratitude. #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #FamilyAndFriends #WorkFamily #EnerSys

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. But can we talk about something for a second? Why do we only take one day a year to say “thank you”? To appreciate the people in our lives? To reflect on what we’re grateful for? Life moves fast. We spend most of it chasing the next goal, the next milestone, the next big thing. And it’s so easy to forget the little things: → That friend who checks in on you randomly. → That colleague who makes work feel less like work. → That stranger who held the door when you were in a rush. Here’s what I’ve learned: - Gratitude isn’t just about the big wins. - It’s about noticing the small moments that make life beautiful. So, this Thanksgiving, let’s try something different. Let’s not just say “thank you” today. Let’s carry it with us—every day, in every way. - Tell someone they matter. - Appreciate the small joys. - Celebrate the now. Because life doesn’t wait for a holiday to give us moments worth being thankful for. P.S.: What’s one thing you’re most thankful for this year?
