Yeah, I'd say look, it's it's an art, but bring the solution if you can. So, you know, if you're coming in with a problem or you're coming in feeling vulnerable or there's bad news or something in the business, whatever you can do to come in with, you know, here's potential solutions or things we could go after or data that we could seek out to prove it. Either way, it just makes it less emotional and more of, OK, how do we sort of band together as thought partners to sort of solve? Whatever's in front of us as a team, right? Also think what Lisa said is important as far as, you know, confiding in a colleague or you know, I've, I've called it almost my board of advisors.
