Global Neighbors, “Micro-Scholarships” are quite interesting, especially considering the HBCU status. Congratulations to the recipients, although adding another zero would really ‘show and tell’ about their genuine and authentic commitment. Mother Earth Reverence Farms & Ministries (MERF 508) holds a conservatory of academies, especially for the 21st century global village, especially for women and children of color! “Indigenous Sustainable Blockchain Agribusiness” is the core strategy, for the two vital ecosystems (ecological & economic) highlighted. Actually, what we teach is absolutely applicable, and mostly NOT found in college business curricula! How do I know? Because I have asked two-year Cal State University students about basic entrepreneurship and wealth concepts, and their eyes roll around in their heads? What is fiat? What is an asset, liability? Who is the Federal Reserve? What is centralized banking? “Pay Yourself First”-#1 Wealth Principle⭐️ DM for more! #hbcu #conservatory #academy #businesseducation #wealtheducation #entrepreneurialeducation

➡ SHARE THIS with your friends/family members who are in #highschool or #college! 🤑 I will be finishing my bachelor's degree in May #debtfree. How did I do this? (Part 2)🤑 Dual Credit: In high school, some courses are offered that pair with local colleges or universities. You can sign up for a regular high school course, and opt-in to receive college credit for it if you pass the class. Look at the transfer requirements for your #university or the universities you want to go to using Transferology: https://lnkd.in/gDC6PkpM. Most state schools will accept dual credit, while most selective private universities will not. Instead of taking the AP exam for two of my AP courses, I opted to receive dual credit through Saint Louis University. This allowed me to receive 10 credits through them (without the stress of the AP exams), including my general education laboratory requirements. I never had to take a lab again after my junior year of high school. Additionally, our community college let us opt-in to dual credit for free. I took two courses through Southwestern Illinois College and received 6 more credits. What was the #cost difference? The average cost of a college credit across the US is around $559/hour. I paid $500 and #saved $8,944.

Headmaster at New York Military Academy | College Consultancy Expert | Shaping Future Leaders Through Excellence in Education and Guidance
NYMA's Midterm Week: A Time for Growth and Learning As we enter Midterm Week (Jan 9-12) at New York Military Academy (NYMA), it’s a time not just for assessments but for significant growth. In the lead-up, cadets showed remarkable engagement, seeking clarification and refining study methods - a testament to their dedication and our nurturing environment. This period is not solely about academic rigor; it’s equally about developing resilience. We focus on teaching cadets to manage stress and perform under pressure, equipping them with skills for life beyond academia. The Midterm Week is also a showcase of our community's strength. The support from parents, teachers, and peers is crucial, highlighting the collaborative spirit of NYMA. Our approach to midterms goes beyond testing academic knowledge. It includes teaching time management, prioritization, and individualized study strategies. These skills are crucial for academic success and are invaluable life lessons. As educators, we strive to balance academic demands with the mental and emotional well-being of our cadets. This holistic approach is at the heart of our educational philosophy. Midterm Week at NYMA is a reflection of our commitment to not just educate but to foster all-around development. In conclusion, Midterm Week at NYMA is more than a series of exams; it’s a comprehensive learning experience. We are proud of our cadets' resilience and commitment and are excited to see them grow into well-rounded individuals ready to face future challenges. #NYMAMidterms #HolisticEducation #CadetDevelopment

Something to learn from my younger self. During my younger days, I remembered I wasn't serious about my future and I played a lot, never really studied much. I only started to focus on studying during my university days (Dad spent alot of money for me to go Australia to study 😂😂). But before the transition to university, it was NS! And during NSF period, it was a very interesting time. During BMT phase, I wanted to achieve some awards so badly that I did my best to impress everyone. But I think I tried too hard. Then after my air grading course which I failed, I was posted to SISPEC. So instead of trying hard, I decided I just be myself and genuinely help others and build bonds with others in my unit. Surprisingly, I won the best in company awards. And there's where I started my achievements in the army (best cadet, sword of merit, etc). Just by being myself. I think there is an insight here from my younger self that is still applicable today. That is to realign my intentions and priorities. When my goal was simply to outshine others, I didn't succeed. But when I focused on the bigger picture - on genuinely helping others - I found that success naturally followed. These accomplishments, however, were the result of a shifted perspective, one that prioritized authenticity and the welfare of others over personal ambition. This is a lesson I still hold dear today: Your intentions will always shape the outcome. #samconnect
