Remote interview with an RN or LPN from our recruitment team to discuss your experience, certifications, and placement criteria. 4. If it’s the right fit, we’ll send you a welcome package 5. You will receive a contract and request professional references 6. Once we understand your placement criteria you'll go into our medical staff database and we'll match you with the first available role you are qualified for. It's important to note that the more criteria you have the longer it can take to place you.
