It's time we take action to protect and restore our precious forests and oceans and finally Earth before it's too late. NATO or other Organizations are also responsible for protecting our forests and oceans and all humanity with peace . They should respect to all thoughts without considering racism and finally developing to keep our planet Earth . We have no other place to live as alternative except Earth . Let’s young leaders control future of our planet. NATO and Organization are responsible to bring peace not to manufacturing war guns and tools . We are all in one ship . This is a photograph of America II (US 46). As a syndicate member, I have enjoyed the teamwork and commrodery necessary to sail this beautiful vessel with maximum efficiency. It takes no less then eight sailors to sail this boat, each having a seperate role and each as vital as the other. Like a fine watch of complications, everbody must perform with precision, tact, and thoughtfulness. Planning is essential before leaving the dock and we must consider conditions such as current, tides, wind speed and direction, and other boat traffic. A plan is in place and a course is charted. Every move we make is planned and anticipated. If one sailor fails at their job, the entire experience is a failure. But, with seasoned and experienced crew, the experience is incredible and very rewarding. Sailing America II mirrors the commercial real estate process in so many ways. Planning, assessing market conditions, and managing a team each of which has a role that is vital. The client, architects, contractors, lawyers, CFO's, engineers are all like crew members on the boat. Their contributions are essential to the process for a successful deal. For those of you who have sailed, you understand what I am conveying. For those of you who have not sailed, I encourage you to give it a try. First steps in CADification of the Perla Nera project, -the hull For the amfibious hovercraft the hull should be welded for operations when hovering mode is off and craft is immersed in water. The hull should be made by aluminum of marine grades.

VESSEL REVIEW: Irish boatbuilder Safehaven Marine recently handed over a new pilot boat to the Port of Ferrol in northwestern Spain. Named 'Punta Do Cruceiro', the vessel was designed for operation even under challenging conditions in the waters in that region of the Atlantic. The boat was also designed with a high-buoyancy superstructure to ensure full self-righting ability in the event of a capsize. The vessel has also been built with numerous features such as automatically closing air vents, 15mm-thick windows, and watertight wheelhouse doors. The superstructure’s forward windows are aft-sloping to minimise pressure loadings when taking green seas over the bow. The boat has a large and spacious forward cabin, which was partly made possible by placing the engines further aft underneath the main cabin, where these are subject to less loadings and accelerations in rough seas. This configuration also means the engines can be quickly removed in the unlikely event of failure through hatches incorporated in the main cabin sole and cabin roof. Full article link in comments.
