Preferred Industry - Marine Firms Roles and responsibilities below: - Supervision & management of EPC project activates: 1) Responsible to supervise the activities to maintain quality, work as per drawings / design / instructions 2) Coordinating & monitoring all Construction activities for timely completion of the project. Resources Planning: 1) Planning & distribution of resources in effective manner to get maximum out-put and to meet the daily production targets or project targets 2) Maintaining record for utilized & unutilized hours of the P & M on day to day basis. Control, Co-ordination & Reporting: 1) Co-ordinating with project team, client, consultant, TPI, contractors, suppliers etc. 2) Internal coordination with design, procurement, HR- admin, logistic etc to be maintained. 3) Over Venders, suppliers, service providers, sub-contractors , local government authorities, local residents/ villagers etc Documentation work: 1) Responsible for preparing all project related document like progress reports, inspection reports, billing work, BOQ, BBS, activity planning etc & taking approval from respective department/concern person 2) Documentations for the project billing, as built, certifications of works to be maintained. Prepare vouchers of the site engineers and take approval on the same from the seniors and submit it to Purchase/Accounts. (To cross check the vouchers if it's made directly from the engineers/supervisors and if there is multiple vouchers received than have to prepare the excel sheet with all the details and submit every week) Preparing payment request against contractor's invoice/ledger, cross check with the accounts team if any advance given against that work and to get the approval from corresponding HOD (Billing) and submit the same to Purchase/Accounts team for payment. Preparing Work orders and payment request by co-ordinating with engineers/supervisors and taking the approval from corresponding HOD. Submitting the payment request along with the work order attached to Purchase/accounts team for payment. Scanning the work order and sending it to the contractor through mail. Receiving Commissioning Reports from the Site Engineers/Supervisors, cross check if required details mentioned on the report (check the model numbers/serial numbers are correct as per the invoice), scanning the report, making entry in the commissioning register and submit the hard copies along with as built, equipment invoice copy to service team. Co-ordinating with HR Department regarding Project team data updation/documentation/new joinee details etc.
